The Voicemail by Norstar is referred to as the Call Pilot 100 Integrated Communications System. It is state of the art messaging at its finest!! It can accomodate as little as 1 mailbox up to a maximum of 200 voicemail boxes! Not that is flexible!!
It has a built in 10/100 Ethernet Port, which will allow you to connect this to your local area network (LAN). The system also comes with Auto Attendant, so you can back up your receptionist with the system to answer all of your calls. It also has the ability for users to check their messages offsite as well as the ability to transfer calls to remote users who are not in your office.
If that is not enough, you also can add a call center application to this robust system for a very reasonable cost. This will allow you to have calls waiting in a "queue" until someone becomes available to take their call.
